All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and in perfect condition
- All labels and packaging must be intact
- Return must include the delivery note or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Inflatable items (buoys and inflatable mattresses) – except in case of manufacturing defects
- Used sharpening products
- Opened insect and pest destroyers
- Unfolded pool safety covers and tarps

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after return approval

Exchanges
- We will ship the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item
- Shipping fees for the new item are covered by us

International Returns

- International return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
